On October 4, 2016, Walton rejected the release of Hillary Clinton criminal indictment drafts prosecutors prepared, but never issued, during the Whitewater investigation in the 1990s. He ruled that Clinton had a "substantial privacy interest" when he rejected a Judicial Watch lawsuit under FOIA |

| Hillary had more trials than believable--
She was found Not guilty in All..
trial after trial after trial the republicans
did whatever it took to convict her
fact was, in all, she was found Not guilty..
And-
this is about Barr, not Hillary.
Barr is chin deep in his corruption.
When the Mullar papers are unredacted and released
Barr will be dealt with..
Not his 4 pages and spin..
But-- the total..
exciting, huh!

DOJ turns over full Mueller report to judge
who will rule on lifting William Barr’s redactions
The Department of Justice on Monday
turned over an unredacted version of
Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on the Russia
investigation to a federal judge.
U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton of the District of Columbia
has pledge to conduct an independent review
of the redactions after he questioned
the impartiality of Attorney General William Barr.
“The court has grave concerns about the
objectivity of the process that preceded the public release
of the redacted version of the Mueller Report
and its impacts on the department’s subsequent justifications
that its redactions of the Mueller Report are authorized by the FOIA,”
Walton wrote in a ruling earlier this month.
The judge insisted that he would “conduct an independent review
of the unredacted version of the Mueller Report to determine
whether it concurs with the Department’s determination
that the redactions of the Mueller Report are authorized
by the FOIA exemptions upon which the Department relies.”

| Nope, not a dead horse..
The hidden report, redactions have been in the court system
for a year..
this is a 'finally' we might be able to see/hear the truth..
The Mueller report has been an issue since the believed cover-up...
time will tell what is or not..
