Federal judge in DC has denied Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani
and Mike Lindell's motions to dismiss the election-fraud related defamation lawsuits brought against them by Dominion Voting Machines.

Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell just suffered yet another stinging legal defeat.

Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and Mike Lindell had hoped that a court would throw out Dominion Voting Systems' defamation lawsuit against them -- only to be told that it would, indeed, move forward.

While Lindell was in South Dakota conducting his so-called "Cyber Symposium" on purported "voter fraud" in the 2020 presidential election, a federal court in Washington, D.C was denying motions to dismiss the election-fraud-related defamation lawsuits brought by Dominion Voting Machines.

In fact, Lindell has spent most of the past several days continuing to trash Dominion as corrupt, without being able to provide any evidence to support the claim.

The ruling proceeded to smack down the defendants' arguments for getting the Dominion lawsuit dismissed -- and it argued that "Dominion has adequately alleged that Powell made a number of statements that are actionable because a reasonable juror could conclude that they were either statements of fact or statements of opinion that implied or relied upon facts that are provably false."

WATCH: Mike Lindell hurries offstage at Cyber Symposium minutes after losing major Dominion lawsuit case.

MyPIllow CEO Mike Lindell suffered a major blow on Wednesday when a judge in Washington D.C. smacked down his motion to dismiss a massive defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems.

As news of the judge's ruling broke, Lindell was on stage at his so-called "Cyber Symposium" aimed at exposing purported "voter fraud" in the 2020 presidential election.

A live stream of the Cyber Symposium showed that, within minutes of the ruling, Lindell abruptly got up from his seat and hurried off stage.

While there's no indication that Lindell's exit was directly related to the ruling, there's no doubt the lawsuit has been on his mind since it will cost him $1.3 billion if it is successful.

Mike Lindell's hand-picked 'cyber expert' admits data used to justify China hacking claims is 'illegitimate'

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell's own hand-picked "cyber expert" has now admitted in an interview with the conservative Washington Times that the evidence unveiled this week at Lindell's "Cyber Symposium" cannot actually prove the claim that China hacked the 2020 election.

Even though Lindell has claimed that he has dozens of terabytes of "irrefutable" evidence to prove China stole the election for President Joe Biden, Lindell-approved cyber expert Josh Merritt admitted to the Washington Times that "packet captures are unrecoverable in the data and that the data, as provided, cannot prove a cyberincursion by China."

Merritt also emphasized to the Washington Times that "our team said, we're not going to say that this is legitimate if we don't have confidence in the information."

Merrit had also at one point offered a $5 million reward to anyone who could disprove his claims --
but now that reward has been taken off the table.

Lindell has been talking nonstop about this purported proof at his Cyber Symposium this week, although he's earned criticism even from Trump allies for not actually presenting the massive proof that he has claimed to have spent months amassing.
