Pro-MAGA dating app somehow can't find
women users.

A new pro-Trump dating app that’s scheduled to launch this month is not exactly grabbing women.
Nor have the folks behind the app assembled even one binder full of women.
It’s almost as if no one’s attracted to men who both idolize serial sexual assaulters and want to force women to give birth to their rapists’ babies.
Who could have predicted any of this?

According to Instagram messages reviewed by The Daily Beast, is a mix of flattery and exclusivity:

“Hi, I’m working with John McEntee’s team on an exclusive conservative dating app called The Right Stuff that’s expected to launch this summer! We would love to get you on our list for early access to the app.”

Other Republican staffers in D.C.—the sort who boast about downing drinks at the Navy Yard watering hole Mission and claim their pronouns are “Yee” and “Haw” on their Instagram profiles—
told The Daily Beast the app has an array of possible problems, like liberals masquerading as right-wingers and the awkward potential of matching them with conservative staffers they already know.

“It’s all of Mitch McConnell’s female staffers, that signed up, ”
speaking on the condition of anonymity because
she still works in pro-Trump politics.

Of course, a lack of women enrollees isn’t the app’s only problem. It also appears to have infringed on the trademark of another dating app
called The Right Stuff—though this one has existed for two decades and has nothing to do with MAGA.

The founder of the original Right Stuff app, Dawne Touchings, told The Daily Beast that her lawyer will be contacting these name poachers, tout de suite. “There are a lot of other really good right-wing names that they could choose,” she said.

Meanwhile, the app will be available only to heterosexual users—
This means one of its biggest backers__
Billionaire Peter Thiel, will be barred from using it.
Because, you know, he’s gay.
Nothing like investing heavily in a venture that regards you from the outset as a second-class citizen.

There's a dating app in the works for singles who want to only swipe right – for possible matches who profess conservative political leanings.

A dating app for young conservatives, The Right Stuff, is scheduled to launch next month, according to a video posted on the site's Twitter feed.

"The Right Stuff is all about getting into the right dating pool with people who share the same values and beliefs as you," said the video's host Ryann McEnany, the younger sister of former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany.

In February, The New York Times reported Peter Thiel, the Silicon Valley billionaire entrepreneur and PayPal co-founder who is also an adviser to former President Donald Trump, had invested in the company building the app.

What is The Right Stuff?

The app, which is launching in September with a specific date to be announced within the next few weeks, will initially be available only for Apple iPhones and other iOS devices.

Users of The Right Stuff will find it familiar and similar to other dating apps, in that it lets you look at and "like" profiles of other people. When two users like each other, they can chat and create a customized date to go on.

The app will be free with a premium subscription for additional features. Women will get that premium access free "for simply inviting a couple friends," McEnany explained in the video. "Gentlemen, if you want access to premium, that's on you. And by the way, those are the only two options. Ladies and gentlemen. … No pronouns necessary."

That reference is likely to meet with criticism from supporters of the LGBTQ community. While The Right Stuff initially is focused on heterosexual dating, the app could include same-sex relationships in the future, The Hill reported.

Those interested in the app can sign up for early access on The Right Stuff's website.

Who in addition to Peter Thiel is supporting the new dating app?

Axios reported that Thiel had invested $1.5 million into the app, which is being created by a company run by former Trump political aide John McEntee. "Conservatives deserve an easy way to connect," McEntee told Axios.

A co-founder of The Right Stuff is Daniel Huff, a former adviser to the Trump White House, The Hill reported.

The app is being built by Naked Development, an app developer and creative agency with offices in Irvine, California, and Austin, Texas. "What's happening is people are generally not very much on the conservative side on dating apps. And so people are finding this to be a big problem," company founder and CEO John Driscoll said in a YouTube video posted in May. "Some people will want to be on this."

Are conservative apps new?

Conservative apps began arising after former President Donald Trump and other GOP leaders criticized social media companies for anti-conservative bias. Trump was banned from major social networks – Twitter, Facebook and YouTube – over concerns his presence online could incite more violence after the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

Apps such as Parler, MeWe and Gab have served as destinations for conservatives turned off by Facebook and Twitter. Trump launched his own TRUTH social app in February. And former Trump spokesman Jason Miller launched GETTR, a Twitter-like social network, last summer.

The Right Stuff isn't the first dating app launched for conservatives. Conservatives Only, Righter and Donald Daters have debuted but haven't reached critical mass. (Note: Dating app Bumble does let you include political leanings as a filter.)

The Right Stuff hopes to prove the exception. “What we’re doing has really not been done before," Huff told The Hill. "No one has built a high quality, properly funded app with a dedicated team."

New conservative 'The Right Stuff' dating app has some amazing reviews.

When news came out that former Trump administration Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany had a sister, and that sister (Ryann McEnany) was given seed money by the shadowy Peter Thiel to create a conservative dating app, everyone rejoiced.* Finally, a place for people who think Tucker Carlson is kind of hot to go and look for their Mr. Right (stuff!).

Responses to the first advertisements that went around the internet were very fun to read. Since the app hit the Apple Store it has received around 275 reviews (as of the writing of this story), but so far the reviews are not great. Actually, the score is not great, with The Right Stuff only receiving an average of two out of five stars from customers. But the reviews have actually been amazing.

Here’s a sample: “I love my country. I love the second amendment. And I love God. These days it’s hard to find a woman who values my patriotism. My faith. And so after being ghosted by every match on Tinder, I decided to give this app a try. I created my profile, uploaded a selfie of me sitting in my truck with sunglasses, and it worked great. The interface was intuitive and easy to use. But the weird thing is, I couldn’t find any women on it. I don’t know, maybe the app is bugged? I tried switching my preference to men (just to make sure it was working) and dads of handsome men came up. I hope developers fix this.”

*For various reasons, I imagine.

Here’s a one-star review that seems to really want answers.

Invite only and asks for too much personal information

What?!? Ok interface but violates my privacy. Way too many personal questions, I don’t want to give out my phone number so can’t sign up. Stupid to have to be invited unless you refer 3 other people, who will join?
I have heard there are no women on the site and the ad shows hot conservative women but there aren’t any. Get rid of the January 6 question, have you seen all the men at January 6?
Duh. Liberal web sites don’t ask for so much personal info, be better and respect my privacy. Why so many personal questions and invite only? Stupid

I give you a one-star review that could be real or could be a joke.

Socialist App in Wolves Clothing

I saw this app advertised on one of my trusted conservative news channels. My wife passed away two days ago and I think I’ve mourned long enough. She would want me to be happy and get back out there on the dating scene.
So when I saw this Right Stuff stuff that was about dating stuff I knew I had to jump on it.

Much to my disappointment when I signed up, I realized it’s invite only. How am I supposed to marry the next woman of my dreams (preferably she has a great life insurance plan) when it’s invite only? I did some research and found out why.

This app is actually funded by Bill Gates. What happens is they take your photo and information and store it in a database that will be used in the future as a way to identify and exterminate
all of us conservative Christian’s.

I suggest you delete this app now and never use it again.

But Walter, you ask, are there no five-star reviews? I give you some five-star reviews of The Right Stuff dating app.

Once you get past the invite only, it’s game on. So much better than Grindr for guys. it’s basically all men. perfect.

If only democrats access to the polls were as restricted as access to this app. That would definitely restore my faith in election integrity. Until I get my invite I guess I’m stuck in my truck on TikTok trying to fight the deep state that is. Love Candice Owens I’m just not attracted to black women but I’m not racist. #iknowcandiceowens
