| 'Crazed' Antifa Mob Target Portland Businesses As 'Defunded' Police Stretched Thin BY TYLER DURDEN SUNDAY, FEB 28, 2021 - 12:10
So much for President Biden's call for "unity" as a mob of Antifa rioters (who as a reminder do not exist in reality as Biden previously noted that is "just an idea") ran wild through the Pearl District of Portland on Saturday night, vandalizing buildings and spray painting anti-police messages.
Around 2100 PT Saturday night, Portland Police Bureau dispatched officers to the pearl District of town, home to shops, restaurants, bars, and residential living.
A statement released by police titled "Windows Broken During Pearl District Protest, Arrests Made" said the march lasted for two hours. Officers had to intervene when Antifa rioters began "destructive acts" on private property.
Portland Police announced this message over the loudspeaker to rioters:
"To those marching in the Pearl District: Officers have observed and community members have reported members of this group have damaged buildings in the Pearl District. Immediately stop participating in criminal behavior including damaging property. Failure to adhere to this order may subject perpetrators to detention, citation, arrest, or use of crowd control agents, including, but not limited to, tear gas and/or impact weapons. Immediately stop participating in criminal activity."
Police were in short supply last night due to "multiple shooting incidents across the city." A dwindling police force is no thanks to the social justice warriors in the Portland City Council, who defunded the police budget by $15 million, eliminating 84 positions.
Further, police have been restricted on the type of non-lethal weapons they can use. Tear gas is currently banned in the metro area. So while multiple shootings constrained officers - videos and images of the rioters, uploaded to Twitter last night, show numerous buildings vandalized, including a Chipotle, Starbucks, and Safeway.
Rioters can be heard smashing windows. Some tagged buildings with the acronym "ACAB," which means: "all cops are bastards."
After two hours of chaos, police only made two arrests before the crowd dispersed before midnight.
Darell Kimberlin, 31, was issued a criminal citation for criminal mischief in the first degree. A juvenile was also arrested for interfering with an officer. The 17-year old (unnamed) was released to his/her parents.
Last month, an Antifa mob attacked an ICE building in South Portland. Even the mayor of the city has turned on the radical left group, calling them "lawless anarchists."
Portland is also struggling with socio-economic turmoil. While tens of thousands remain unemployed due to the virus downturn, violent crime is surging in the left-leaning city.
Since last summer, rioters have inflicted millions of dollars in damage across the metro area - with no end in sight nor "unity" - this kind of chaos will only increase under a Biden administration. |

| Black Lives Matter Militants Harass Young Girls for Their ‘White Privilege’ as They Walk into Cheerleading Competition
Steven Ahle BLM harassed very young girls on their way to a cheerleading competition. But in fairness, they had to. They couldn’t find any 90-year-old double amputee women in wheelchairs and they didn’t have a target outnumbered 20 to 1. It’s much easier to be brave when you pick on them. A group of the cheerleaders were making their way to the building where the competition was to be held when a woman with a megaphone started taunting them with: “The reason why you get to be here in these pretty little gorgeous outfits and your gorgeous hair and your gorgeous bows is because of your white privilege. Breonna [Taylor] is dead. Black mothers are burying their babies while white mothers send their daughters to cheer competitions.” What Carmen M. Jones didn’t say was that none of the cheerleaders’ boyfriends started a gun battle with police officers. Even her boyfriend admitted that he shot first. Another popular lie was that Taylor was shot while she slept in bed but she was actually wide awake and in the hallway. When you are being shot at, it is expected that you would fire back. https://davidharrisjr.com/steven/black-lives-matter-militants-harass-young-girls-for-their-white-privilege-as-they-walk-into-cheerleading-competition/ |

Proud Boys' encrypted 'Boots on the Ground' channel coordinated Capitol insurrection: prosecutors.
Local Proud Boys chapter presidents in North Carolina and Pennsylvania coordinated communications for the Jan. 6 assault on the US Capitol as part of a quartet of leaders in the violent nationalist street gang, according to a federal indictment unveiled today.
The indictment charges Charles Donohoe, president of the Piedmont North Carolina chapter, and Zachary Rehl, president of the Philadelphia chapter, along with Ethan Nordean, aka Rufio Panman, and Joe Biggs with conspiracy to interfere with Congress' certification of the electoral college vote and to interfere with law enforcement during a civil disorder when the Capitol was stormed. Nordean, Biggs and Rehl are additionally accused of breaching the Capitol.
Nordean, who came to fame among the Proud Boys and the wider far right when he delivered a knockout punch to an antifascist counter-protester during a confrontation in Portland, Ore. in the summer of 2018, led a large group of Proud Boys who marched to the Capitol on January 6th.
The government has previously alleged that Nordean was granted "war powers" within the organization after its national chairman, Enrique Tarrio, was arrested on Jan. 4 for vandalizing a banner stolen from a church and weapons charges. In a video livestreamed by another Proud Boys member, Nordean can be seen carrying a megaphone and giving commands, while conferring with Biggs, an Army veteran and former InfoWars contributor, and Donohoe.
The indictment portrays an elaborate effort to coordinate the assault on the Capitol through encrypted messaging, with a frantic effort to set up a new communications network after Tarrio's arrest.
The government alleges that Donohoe set up a new encrypted channel called "New MOSD" because he was concerned that the Proud Boys' communications would be compromised once law enforcement examined Tarrio's phone.
"Hey have been instructed and listen to me real good!" Donohoe reportedly said in a message posted to various encrypted messaging channels used by the Proud Boys on the evening of Jan. 4. "There is no planning of any sorts. I need to be put into whatever thing is created. Everything is compromised and we can be looking at Gang charges." The government also said Donohoe "took steps to destroy or 'nuke' the earlier channel."
The government alleges that a new channel called "Boots on the Ground" was created, with more than 60 users, including Nordean, Biggs, Donohoe, Rehl and the unindicted co-conspirator. According to the government, a message posted on "Boots on the Ground" instructed Proud Boys members to meet at the Washington Monument at 10 a.m. on the morning of the siege.
Later that evening, an unidentified Proud Boys member referenced as an unindicted co-conspirator posted in the "New MOSD" channel: "We had originally planned on breaking the guys into teams. Let's start divvying them up and getting Baofeng channels picked out."
While traveling to Washington DC on Jan. 5, Rehl told the others that he was bringing a batch of radios with him, according to the indictment. Shortly after he arrived, at 9:03 p.m., Donohoe responded by requesting one of the radios.
"Stand by for the shared baofeng channel and shared zello channel, no Colors, be decentralized and use good judgment until further orders," the unindicted co-conspirator wrote in a message on the "Boots on the Ground" channel at 9:03 p.m., according to the indictment. "Rufio is in charge, cops are the primary threat, don't get caught by them or BLM, don't get drunk until off the street."
The indictment suggests that Biggs and Donohoe were liaising between two discrete communications networks, citing a message on the evening of Jan. 5 on the "New MOSD" from Biggs indicating that he had spoken with Tarrio.
"We have a plan. I'm with Rufio," Biggs said.
Donohoe reportedly replied: "What's the plan so I can pass it to the MOSD guys."
At 6:37 a.m. on the morning of President Trump's speech at the Ellipse and the assault on the Capitol, the government alleges that Donohoe posted to the "New MOSD" channel: "Are we gonna do a commanders briefing before the 10 a.m."
As the Proud Boys advanced on the Capitol, members of the crowd removed metal barriers on the grounds, and the government alleges that the encrypted messaging boards used by the Proud Boys signaled that people were "storming" the building.
The indictment says that Donohoe "assisted the crowd's effort to advance up a flight of stairs towards the Capitol." Biggs, according to the indictment, entered a door of the Capitol that was opened by Dominic Pezzola, another Proud Boy, who had breached the building by using a stolen riot shield to bust through a window.
Biggs, Nordean and Rehl entered the Capitol through different points, according to the indictment, which also says Biggs left after the first breach and then forcibly re-entered by pushing past at least one law enforcement officer and made it to the Senate chamber.
According to the government, Donohoe, the only one among the four who didn't enter the Capitol, announced on the "Boots on the Ground" channel as other rioters were leaving: "We are regrouping with a second force."
Donohoe appeared in federal court in Winston-Salem on Friday afternoon wearing a blue jumpsuit, handcuffs and leg irons for a status hearing. The government said in a brief arguing for pre-trial detention that the Proud Boys leader should not be released from custody because he poses a risk to obstruct justice. Donohoe's court-appointed lawyer did not oppose the motion.
The government brief specifically cited Donohoe's instruction to fellow Proud Boys to use encrypted messaging and his destruction of prior communications to evade law enforcement in the days leading up to the insurrection, and the fact that he participated in the campaign despite acknowledging that he might be criminally charged for doing so.
During the hearing on Friday, Donohoe said he would waive his right to a detention hearing in the Middle District of North Carolina. Magistrate Judge Joi Elizabeth Peake ordered US Marshals to transport Donohoe to the District of Columbia, where he will receive a detention hearing
As early as Nov. 27, amid a pair of pro-Trump rallies at which Proud Boys assaulted left-wing opponents and DC residents in the runup to the Jan. 6 insurrection, the group's leaders were threatening violent retribution against anyone who might stand in the way of Trump disregarding the outcome of the 2020 election and retaining power.
"We tried playing nice and by the rules, now you will deal with the monster you created," Nordean wrote on social media on Nov. 27, according to the government. "The spirit of 1776 has resurfaced and has created groups like the Proudboys and we will not be extinguished.
We will grow like the flame that fuels us and spread like love that guides us. We are unstoppable, unrelenting and now… unforgiving. Good luck to all you traitors of this country we so deeply love… you're going to need it."
Rehl reportedly posted on social media the same day: "Hopefully, the firing squads are for the traitors that are trying to steal the election from the American people."
Donohoe was featured in a TV show featuring Marine Corps veterans called "Leatherneck Reconnect" in February 2019. Introducing himself to the hosts he said, "Marine Corps is my blood. The only thing I care about is life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And anyone who doesn't agree with that is a traitor, and they deserve a traitor's death."
The episode also shows Donohoe riding in the back of a 5-ton military truck through downtown Winston-Salem at night and yelling, "America's coming through!"
On July 4, Donohoe would join a Proud Boys march in Washington DC.
And later that year, in September, he made a post on Telegram, urging violence against left-wing opponents. In time, the Proud Boys would redirect that violence against Capitol and Washington DC Metro police officers.
"We need to stop fighting antifa in the streets where the cops are and start fighting them in bars and alleys," Donohoe wrote, according to the Daily Beast. "We need to stomp them. We need to ruin their lives physically like they have ruined ours financially with doxing. We need to rack up their hospital bills We need to use special operations tactics and lightning strike them." |

| Olympics Will Not Tolerate Athletes Protesting, Wearing ‘Black Lives Matter’ Apparel MAY 4, 2021 By Gabe Kaminsky
Athletes who wear Black Lives Matter apparel at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games will face repercussions.
Last month, The International Olympic Committee said athletes are not permitted to protest due to the committee’s stance against “demonstration or political, religious or racial propaganda.” Adding to this rule, the committee announced that BLM apparel will be banned. There will be no international fans at the summer games in Tokyo.
“The IOC is very concerned about the risk of politicisation of the athletes and the risk that athletes may be put under external pressure,” the group said in April. “It is important to protect athletes from the potential consequences of being placed in a position where they may be forced to take a public position on a particular domestic or international issue, regardless of their beliefs.”
While the committee has banned the verbatim phrase “Black Lives Matter” from being advertised or celebrated by athletes, other words like “peace,” “respect,” “solidarity,” “inclusion” and “equality” are permitted. The Olympics group did not say what punishments those who violate the rules will face.
In clarifying its position against athletes protesting during events, the IOC relied on Rule 50, the Olympic Charter’s prohibiting of propaganda. “Divisive disruption” will be characterized in Tokyo as kneeing, making hand gestures that imply a political position, or not allowing a medalist to step up to the podium.
Some groups claim they will provide legal support for athletes that violate the IOC’s rules. An activist group in Germany has announced it will assist those who are “fighting racism.”
“Should German athletes decide to peacefully stand up for fundamental values such as fighting racism during the Olympic Games, they can rely on the legal support of Athleten Deutschland,” Johannes Herber, an executive for the union told the Associated Press.
Brendan Schwab, executive director of the World Players Association union, also told the AP his organization will assist if players choose to violate the IOC’s rules. “This is precisely the outcome we expected,” Schwab said. “The Olympic movement doesn’t understand its own history better than the athletes.
American athletes have grown increasingly political. When the National Basketball Association’s shortened season began in July 2020, many players wore BLM shirts and kneeled during the national anthem. |

| Patrisse Cullors: Black Lives Matter co-founder resigns Published13 hours ago | BBC
Black Lives Matter's co-founder says she is resigning from its foundation, but not because of what she called right-wing attempts to discredit her.
Patrisse Cullors said Friday would be her last day at the foundation, which she has led for nearly six years.
The 37-year-old activist's finances came under scrutiny last month after it was reported she owned four homes.
Black Lives Matter started as a hashtag in 2013 and has since become a global movement.
Ms Cullors said she would step down from the Black Lives Matter Global Network to focus on her forthcoming second book, An Abolitionist's Handbook, and a TV development deal with Warner Bros highlighting black stories.
In a statement, she said: "With smart, experienced and committed people supporting the organization during this transition, I know that BLMGNF is in good hands.
"The foundation's agenda remains the same - eradicate white supremacy and build life-affirming institutions."
Ms Cullors told the AP news agency her resignation had been planned for more than a year and was not related to claims that she had misused donations to acquire her property portfolio. There is no evidence to suggest that she had done so.
"Those were right-wing attacks that tried to discredit my character, and I don't operate off of what the right thinks about me," she said.
The BLM Foundation told AP in February that it had raised $90m (£63m) amid last year's racial justice protests following the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The foundation said it ended 2020 with a balance of more than $60m, after operating expenses, grants to black-led organisations and other expenses.
Last month the New York Post reported that Ms Cullors - a self-described Marxist - had bought a $1.4m luxury home in Topanga Canyon, near Malibu, and owned three other homes, including a custom ranch in Georgia.
Facebook banned users from sharing the story, citing privacy concerns, and a black journalist said he was locked out of his Twitter account after he posted the article.
Conservative critics - but also some black activists - called for an investigation into whether Ms Cullors had used the organisation's funds to enrich herself.
In April the foundation said that Ms Cullors had received $120,000 between 2013 and 2019 for her work.
The Black Lives Matter Foundation said in a statement: "As a registered 501c3 non-profit organization, [the foundation] cannot and did not commit any organizational resources toward the purchase of personal property by any employee or volunteer.
"Any insinuation or assertion to the contrary is categorically false."
Ms Cullors appeared to hold back tears as she told the Black News Channel last month that suggestions of financial impropriety against her were "categorically untrue and incredibly dangerous".
The grieving parents of Michael Brown and Breonna Taylor - two African Americans whose deaths at the hands of white police officers were often cited by Black Lives Matter - last month reportedly complained the organisation had done nothing to help them. |
