Trump Owes Tens of Millions to the Bank of China
The Republican strategy is to tie the Biden family to China, through Hunter’s business. As we reported last night, the Lincoln Project has already ripped that strategy apart with an ad going after Ivanka and her Chinese business practices.
Now, though, with Trump owing tens of millions to China, and the loan being discussed more openly as we approach its maturity date.
Trump’s recent criticisms of China have been muddied by his own mixed messaging as well as by his numerous financial ties to the country. Those connections extend far beyond the Avenue of the America’s loan:
Chinese state-owned companies are constructing two luxury Trump developments in United Arab Emirates and Indonesia.
The president and his daughter Ivanka Trump, a White House adviser, have been awarded trademarks by China’s government. {video below]
And his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, has courted Chinese investors in at least one other real estate deal.
No one has ever accused Joe Biden of having financial ties to China, only through his son Hunter.
The entire Trump family is knee-deep in dealings with China.
No wonder Trump was so deferential to China, trusting their “transparency” and that they’re doing a great job, as Trump said in late February.

Obama has yet to retire from politics. And campaigning against republicans isn't the same as campaigning for Biden.
No matter how much money Bloomberg throws at the wall, Trump will still win.
