MAGA Rioter Who Who Bragged About Acing FBI Interview Is Charged With Multiple Federal Crimes.

A Trump supporter who used his social media accounts to boast about his participation in the deadly takeover of the U.S. Capitol and then bragged on Facebook about “been cleared” by the FBI was charged with four federal crimes on Friday.

“Just finished speaking to an FBI agent,” Samuel Camargo, from Florida, wrote on Facebook on January 8. “I believe I’ve been cleared,” he declared after being questioned by federal agents.

In a previous Facebook post, Carmargo begged forgiveness over his admitted role in the violent attack on the national seat of government:

Camargo was charged with the following crimes:
_ (1) one count of 18 U.S.C. 231(a)(3) (civil disorder);
_ (2) one count of 18 U.S.C. 1752(a)(1) (entering and remaining in a restricted building);
_ (3) one count of 18 U.S.C. 1752(a)(2) (disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building);
_ (4) one count of 40 U.S.C. 5104(e)(2)(F) (act of physical violence in a Capitol building).

If convicted as charged, he faces more than 25 years in prison.

Troy Anthony Smocks allegedly attended the Capitol Hill insurrection and threatened to return, this time with weapons. It's unclear if Smocks was on an FBI list of wanted suspects prior to his public declaration, but he was arrested last week after making his most recent threats.

The New York Daily News reported Monday that the Dallas man made the statement on Jan. 6 after the Capitol attack, which killed five people.

After returning to Texas, Smocks posted on Parlor: "So over the next 24 hours, I would say lets get our personal affairs in order. Prepare our weapons, and then go get'em. Lets hunt these cowards down like the Traitors that each of them are. This includes RINOS, Dems, and Tech Execs. We now have the green light. [All] who resist US are enemies of Our Constitution, and must be treated as such. Today, the cowards ran as We took the Capital. They have it back now, only because We left. It wasn't the building that We wanted. . . it was them!"

Federal court documents cite his Parler account as "'ColonelTPerez' or @Colonel007," despite having not served in the armed forces or law enforcement. The posts were seen at least 54,000 times, the affidavit says. Documents also revealed that he has several aliases Troy Perez, Tony Sanders, Kenneth Harris and Vincent Shelton.

Smocks appears to have a complicated past attempting to create a false identity and forging an armed forces ID card among other things, NBC DFW reported.

"In 2010, he sued the federal government, naming Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid as defendants. In the suit, he challenged whether anti-terrorism law is constitutional," the report also said.

According to travel records, Smocks did travel from Texas to Washington, D.C. on Jan 5 and intended to flee the United States on Friday.

he has been "charged with threats in interstate commerce, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison," said NYDN.

'Start up the firing squads!' NYC conspiracy theorist charged in threats against Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and other Dems.

A New York court employee was charged with threatening to kill prominent Democratic lawmakers with "firing squads" on the day President Donald Trump's supporters violently stormed the U.S. Capitol.

Brendan Hunt, a former actor who works for New York's Office of Court Administration, was taken into custody Tuesday morning by FBI agents at his home in Queens and arrested for making white supremacist threats against Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, reported the New York Daily News.

"Trump, we want actual revenge on democrats," wrote Hunt, on his Facebook account "HuntBrendan," according to a criminal complaint. "Meaning, we want you to hold a public execution of pelosi aoc schumer etc. And if you dont do it, the citizenry will. We're not voting in another rigged election. Start up the firing squads, mow down these commies, and lets take america back!"

The 37-year-old Hunt, who led drum circles during Occupy Wall Street protests a decade ago and produces Sandy Hook "truther" content, posted similar messages later on Jan. 6, investigators said.

"F*ck the lockdown po-lice!" Hunt posted, according to investigators. "Yeah booiii run those pigs over! Anyone enforcing this lockdown mask vaccine bullsh*t deserves nothing less than a bullet in their f*cking head! Including cops! If you're going to shoot someone tho, go after a high value target like pelosi schumer or AOC. They really need to be put down. These commies will see death before they see us surrender! USA!!"

Two days after the riots, Hunt posted an 88-second video using anti-Semitic language and encouraging viewers to "slaughter them all," and on Jan. 12 replied to a Parler account purportedly operated by Michael Flynn encouraging Trump supporters to bring guns to Joe Biden's inauguration.

"Lets go, jan 20, bring your guns #millionmilitiamarch," Hunt posted, according to court documents.

Facebook Gives Feds Private Messages Of Trump Rioters Discussing Capitol Hill Attack: Report.

Facebook is reportedly furnishing the FBI with data on users who took part in the U.S. Capitol siege, including their private messages discussing the deadly attack, Forbes reported Saturday.

The report cites a criminal complaint filed against New York resident Christopher M. Kelly on Wednesday, indicating that a search warrant on his Facebook account was revealed. “After being tipped off about Facebook posts from an account belonging to Kelly containing images of him at the storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, the FBI sought his private messages, as well as his linked IP address, phone number and Gmail address,” Forbes reports.

Amongst the data provided by Facebook were private messages with other users. In a private message sent to a group chat on January 6, he wrote: “Tear gas, police, stopped the hearing, they are all headed to the basement.” And later: “F**k these snakes. Out of OUR HOUSE!”

In another chat, on January 9, Kelly posted a photograph that appeared to show him with his top off, brandishing an American flag in front of the Capitol, telling the recipient: “That’s me,” and, ”My brother took it,” the complaint says.

Facebook’s decision to cooperate with authorities came after lawmakers called on the social media giant to do so, according to the report.

An arrest warrant has been issued against Kelly. He remains innocent until proven guilty.
