KNOWN HUMAN-ALIEN OFFSPRING.

This FBI document, apparently composed in 1976, has recently (through the Freedom of Information Act) undergone "de-redaction" (see FOIA clause 36.29), and lay in a manila envelope entitled "Known Human-Alien Offspring" in the FBI's Anchorage headquarters on 101 East Sixth Avenue. An internal informant has told Institute xenobiologists that FBI and CIA wiretaps and camera-officers had tracked down this set of individuals living in Mexico, the United States, and England who were thought to be confirmed as part of a long-lasting intergenerational plan to inseminate human females with whatever passes for sperm derived from the inhabitants of a planet only known as YGT in scholarly literature. It is unknown around which star YGT orbits. The individuals here depicted bear traits that to uninformed eyes may look simian, but actually evidence offworld biotic intermixing. The whereabouts of three of the individuals, much older now, have been confirmed by The Institute. All live in houses from which "numbers stations" broadcasts emanate. More news will be proffered when discovered.
