"Bail Reform" .. They can do about anything in N.Y. and be out in an hour or two with no bail or bond .. This guy shoulda been still in jail waiting to be sentenced for his previous charges .. Now he assaults a cop, they'll arrest him, he'll sit in a holding cell for an hour or two, and they'll release him again with no bail...so he has no incentive to even bother to go to court

It's nothing but recklessness and pure insanity. I suppose the "leaders" who allow this don't have that happening on their own streets.
