I stoped there, quick stop, into that place to get bread and milk because it was there and I was there .. it is the strangest grocery store, don't go there.

They're very popular now. I remember one in NJ but there were so many stores to pick from that I never even went there. Now there are some larger ones in my old area. Here, Aldi is my go-to store. I'm always willing to try a no-name brand and see if I like it - usually it's as good as the name brand and half the price! The bit with the quarter for the shopping cart that you get back when you return it is unusual, but it does prevent the loose carts all over the lot like some places have.

Sister store of Trader Joe’s. I’ve never been in an Aldi, tho.

Aldi's $10 food challenge. Watch on YouTube for recipes, and read the comments.

We're back at ALDI for an extreme budget haul with recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have been getting lots of requests lately for budget grocery hauls, so i wanted to take it one step further and see if it's possible to shop and eat healthy on a $125 per month food stamp budget. ALDI seemed like a good place to do it, they have fantastic prices and more healthy grocery items then ever before. First I take you through the shopping process and why I choose certain items over others, and then we head back to the kitchen to make a full day of recipes! This video was a beast to make, so I hope you enjoy it and share it. Please know that we are not making light of anyone on a budget, we are actually trying to help show that budget meals are not quite as hard as some people think they are

That Aldi is a crazy place!! I just wanted milk bread a treat for the kids.. what a hassle-
I told my wife about it she told her mom about the terrible event. they, both laughed their asses off over it.. I didn't know a place as that existed.. I don't often grocery shop. wife has shopping/deliver all setup via whole foods.. she orders online and walla it's at the door.. of corse, we stop in for this and that stuff at a grocery store but never ever to that Aldis.. Wife and others still tease and laugh over my Aldi adventure..
Obi-- you should shop at Aldi, seriously. you need a an adventure ..

I buy eggs there - always under a dollar a dozen, always good. Their store brand crackers, pretzels, bread, etc., all good. Cheeses, too. Broccoli and apples and other produce is good. Paper goods too, like a Costco.
