As a result, there are ten inland Western states that collectively have the same population as the state of California but are reliably Republican states.
Collectively, they send twenty Senators to Washington, D.C.
California sends two.

Way I see it-- America needs to take care of business and even things out.. Some of what is what' is ridiculous. Things that were a century ago need a huge update. 1st the electoral college ..
