______  14th Amendment :

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

(((The authors of the 14th Amendment knew better than to trust the treasonous insurrectionists with the power of any public office, state or federal, ever again." —

Watch-----

Perlmutter began his comments by noting
the oath of office that Donald Trump took
at his 2017 inauguration.

The career lawyer later cited the federal law
for the offense of treason.

"18 USC 115, which is why I think that we're going
to see the Fifth Amendment being played, 'whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levees war against them or adheres to their enemies giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere is guilty of treason and shall suffer death.'

This is a death penalty statute! 'Or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000 and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States," he said.

"Just the memos that have been disclosed to this point, in my opinion, are treasonous.
We danced around this a lot and we talk about obstructing Congress and things like that, but this was an effort to have a coup, to overthrow the country, to break the pledge of allegiance we make
to this country and to the constitution," he explained.

Temple's posts are making me feel marginalised ...oppressed .. The toxic masculinity and micro aggressions within his posts make me feel unsafe ..His words are violent .. We cannot have racist white supremacists among us .
.This board is no longer the safe space it once was and should be again .. I suggest we all write to the management and have him cancelled
