I hafta wonder what it was considered to be until it was decided it's a "criminal" investigation ...just for the helluvit outta curiosity? ...I thought the reason for the special council and a team of investigators was to collect evidence of the criminality behind the launching of the Mueller/Russian collusion investigation ...
The reason (I thought) for hiring a special council to investigate is because he can call for a grand jury and actually indict and charge people with crimes ... Without the legal options of a special council they mize well have the democrats look into it FWIW, if it's not a criminal investigation ...I thought it was a "criminal probe" from the get-go ... silly me ...ha
