House passes farm bill granting large scale amnesty to illegal immigrants

I support the idea that if someone has their green card (i.e. is "doing it right") they should be able to change jobs. It shouldn't be indentured servitude. Let them have a path to citizenship. It's not like Buffy, Muffy, PJ, and Squee are lining up to pick lettuce this summer.

No we're full, a work visa is temporary. Granting work visas with the intention of giving them citizenship is EXACTLY how the assholes destroyed Engineering for US citizens.

We are full, we don't need anyone else. And in regards to agricultural work.. we have H2A ag visas, notice they are not talking about those but are talking about blanket amnesty for " agricultural workers"... sounds like the DACAS, of whom 50% are fraudulent

Washington (CNN)The whereabouts of thousands of migrants waiting in Mexico for their upcoming court date in the United States is unknown, according to attorney accounts and data analyzed by CNN.

Nearly 55,000 migrants, many of whom are from Central America, have been sent back to Mexico as part of a Trump administration policy that requires them to wait there until their court date in the United States.
