I recall those ballots were kept separate for the count because they were mailed in before the date but the mail held them back. It's as crazy as; the wild claims on social media was that someone slipped ballots into the TCF counting center on a wagon, in the middle of the night. But the picture offered as proof turned out to be of a WXYZ-TV photographer, hauling his equipment.

Vote Fraud in Georgia - a Family Tradition Dec. 4, 2020
FAMILY FRAUD: Vote Counter Who Provided Suitcase Ballots Is DAUGHTER Of Vote Counter Identified As Ruby Freeman
"Y'all want to know who my supervisor is over here? It's my daughter, but I just do what she say do and it's her show baby, it's her show," said Freeman by
Andrew December 4, 2020
National File has identified the vote counter in Georgia, who brought in suitcases full of ballots that were counted after observers were told to leave, as the daughter of Ruby Freeman. Freeman’s daughter, who has long blonde dreadlocks, is the woman who a Trump volunteer lawyer identified as the person who brought in suitcases full of ballots at 8:22 a.m.
After the first vote counter was identified as Ruby Freeman, National File has now identified the person who provided the mysterious suitcases full of votes as Freeman’s daughter.
In an October 26 Facebook live stream, Freeman said “Y’all want to know who my new supervisor is? It’s my daughter.” She added that “I just do what she say do and it’s her show baby, it’s her show.”
Freeman identified her daughter on the November 2 edition of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, writing that she, as “Supervisor of registration,” was “giving that look to the employees.” She added, “Mommie is so proud of you.” Freeman’s daughter can be seen with long, blonde dreadlocks that are dark at the roots in the photo.
Freeman stated that another election worker had complained about the instructions Freeman gave her at the direction of “a supervisor,” potentially her daughter.
In a November 3 Facebook post, Freeman wrote “A lady had a problem with me telling her what a supervisor told me to tell her yesterday. This morning, lo and behold, out of nowhere, she came to give me a hug. You already know the end of that story. Judas, I’m not Jesus. Don’t play. I blamed it on Social distancing.”
The actions of Freeman’s daughter are clearly seen in the original video provided by the Trump campaign, and confirm her identity.
In this first frame, Freeman’s daughter is seen to be the first vote counter to pull the suitcases from under the table. Her dreadlocks, with dark roots, are clearly visible.
Freeman’s daughter is then seen to be the first person who actually removes the votes from the suitcases.
In this image, Freeman’s daughter appears to be issuing instructions to the other vote counters. They begin moving to the suitcases and ballots after she stands in this position and speaks.
Freeman’s daughter then retrieves a second suitcase full of ballots from underneath the table. Her mother stands nearby watching throughout this clip.
The full sequence of events is publicly available in the video provided by the Trump campaign:
In a video that recently surfaced on Twitter, Freeman’s daughter can be seen with green and spray cans containing an unknown substance.
Freeman is seen sitting across from her, wearing blue gloves. The video then zooms in as Freeman hands her daughter what appears to be a USB drive, which Freeman’s daughter conceals as she gets up and walks away.
In another video posted to Twitter, Freeman reveals an office containing boxes of mail-in ballots as she hushes her viewers. She then sits down at a desk and is given the ballots to “work” on by a man which Freeman calls “Dion.” Freeman says “Now I’m back at work, so give me some work.” At the end of the video Freeman says “Y’all see all this I got here? I got through all this and all these absentee ballots.”
Freeman repeatedly made political statements in favor of Joe Biden on her Facebook page. On November 7, Freeman bragged about Biden’s mainstream media-declared victory with a photo of her working during the election that was used by local news.
Freeman’s daughter was seen in the local news footage that led to the identification of Freeman.
After the video featuring Freeman and her daughter was revealed by the Trump campaign during Thursday’s Georgia hearing, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, finally conceded that vote counting was not done legally or with proper supervision.
Trump campaign, prominent Republicans, and the governor.
Similarly, Gov. Brian Kemp, also a Republican, reaffirmed his call for signature verification.
However, Kemp stopped short of calling a special session of the Georgia legislature, which would allow the legislators to fully examine the evidence of voter fraud, and potentially overturn the 2020 presidential election results, and assign the state’s Electoral College votes to President Donald Trump.

NEWS Fox News Reporter Debunks Georgia Election Fraud Claims Made by Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity.
FOX NEWS Fox News reporter Griff Jenkinsdebunked claims made on his own network that "mysterious" suitcases filled with ballots contributed to voter fraud in the Georgia election.
The 90-second clip, which was shared by President Donald Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani at a hearing before Georgia's Senate Judiciary subcommittee on Thursday, shows election workers in Fulton County rolling containers—which Fox News reporters claimed were "suitcases"—from underneath a table at the State Farm Arena where ballot-counting took place on November 3. Jenkins, after speaking with Georgia officials, said on Friday morning that reports claiming the video showed unsupervised voter fraud were "simply not true."
"I just got off the phone with a senior source in the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office, a Republican, who tells me that they had a designated observer at that spot all night, the entire time, and they've seen this video, they're familiar with the claims, and they said that they're simply not true," Jenkins said in a report on Friday morning. "The suggestion that Georgia vote counters were sent home and ballots were brought in in suitcases, also not true."
"What appears is reported as suitcases are actually the normal containers that ballots are put in," he continued. "That is not unusual, they say, for them.
Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling also debunked the voter fraud claims on Twitter, saying that the clip shows "normal ballot processing" as determined by investigators at the secretary of state's office, who watched hours of footage from security cameras at the State Farm Arena.
Counting votes Ballots are checked on November 7, in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In response to some claims of voter fraud, Fox reporter Griff Jenkins said, "What appears is reported as suitcases are actually the normal containers that ballots are put in.
That is not unusual, they say, for them." All three Fox News prime-time hosts— Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham—showed the clip on Thursday night during their respective shows. Hannity claimed, "Shortly after observers were asked to leave the room, several large, mysterious suitcases, they believe filled with ballots, were rolled out from under a table."
Sterling told Lead Stories on Thursday that election workers who were in charge of opening absentee ballot envelopes and verifying ballots for scanning and counting were dismissed that night after they finished their portion of the process.
The workers shown in the video stayed because they were responsible for scanning the ballots—prepared by the dismissed election workers—since ballots couldn't be left overnight without being scanned.
"If you look at the videotape, the work you see is the work you would expect, which is you take the sealed suitcase looking things in, you place the ballots on the scanner in manageable batches and you scan them," Sterling said.
Frances Watson, the chief investigator for the Georgia secretary of state office, confirmed that the containers seen in the video weren't suitcases, but rather the normal bins used for the ballot counting process.
"There wasn't a bin that had ballots in it under that table," Watson told Lead Stories. "It was an empty bin and the ballots from it were actually out on the table when the media were still there, and then it was placed back into the box when the media were still there and placed next to the table."
Watson added that the media were never told to leave as the claims indicate, but rather that the location "was still open for them or the public to come back in to view at whatever time they wanted to, as long as [election workers] were still working." She said that the ballots that had already been opened in front of the observers were the only ones scanned after the media and other observers left.
Following Jenkins' initial report that these claims were false, Fox & Friends hosts weren't convinced, claiming that the reason for Republican-led reports of voter fraud in Georgia is due to the high number of mail-in ballots caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Georgia high court rejects latest Trump election appeal.
ATLANTA (AP) — President Donald Trump has lost his latest legal challenge seeking to overturn Georgia’s election results, with the state Supreme Court’s rejection late Saturday of a case from Trump’s campaign and Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer.
The suit - similar to other Trump team legal challenges, which made baseless allegations of widespread fraud in Georgia’s presidential election - was initially filed Dec. 4, then rejected by the Fulton County Superior Court.
The case was subsequently appealed directly to the state Supreme Court, asking justices to consider the case before Monday’s meeting of the Electoral College.
In a brief order, justices wrote that “petitioners have not shown that this is one of those extremely rare cases that would invoke our original jurisdiction.”

Michael Flynn has an urgent message for GOP voters: Forget about the Georgia runoffs.
During a Sunday morning interview with Fox News, President Trump’s recently pardoned former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn said that the Republican party should treat the U.S. Senate runoff elections in Georgia as a secondary priority, adding to concern that garbled messaging on the right may impact the GOP’s success at defending its majority in the Senate.
“We have to get the last election right before talking about any runoff elections like down in Georgia,” said Flynn, calling the significance of the runoffs a “falsehood that people shouldn’t even be considering right now.”
Flynn instead encouraged supporters of the president to continue focusing their efforts on Trump’s unsuccessful bid to overturn the results of the election, which has already been certified in Joe Biden’s favor by all 50 states.

Church leaders tell Loeffler to back off Warnock’s religious views.
Open letter calls senator’s support for Trump lawsuits ‘seditious’ A coalition of clergy members wants U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler to stop maligning her opponent’s progressive brand of Christianity, calling her attack ads against the Rev. Raphael Warnock also attacks on the Black church.
“We call upon you, Kelly Loeffler,” said the letter from more than 100 religious leaders, “to cease your false attacks on Reverend Warnock’s social justice theological and faith traditions which visualizes a just and ardent world where love, fairness and equal justice under the law for marginalized people of all races is not only accepted as an authentic prophetic message in the tradition of Dr. Martin Luther King, but also a central message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”
The letter made public over the weekend was signed mostly by Black church leaders from throughout Georgia, but also included some Muslim leaders and pastors from South Carolina, Alabama and Colorado.
The group told Loeffler to stop falsely calling the Rev. Warnock a “socialist” and a “radical,” saying there is nothing in his background, writings or sermons suggesting that to be the case.

At the same time, they accused Loeffler of “naked hypocrisy,” pointing to her support for President Donald Trump’s failed attempts to challenge elections results in court. “What can be more radical, more seditious than supporting 59 attempts to overthrow the will of the people by tossing Black votes?” the open letter says.
Loeffler, though, has never spoken out on behalf of Black Lives Matter protesters trying to end violence against Black people by police officers, the church leaders said.
“You characterized these campaigns as mobs and lawlessness but remained silent on the antics of the Proud Boys, and the Wolverine Watchmen, both far right neo-fascist groups that engage in political violence, the latter of which attempted to kidnap the seated Governor of Michigan; an act for which 13 members have been indicted,” the letter says.
Asked for comment, Loeffler’s campaign pointed to a tweet Sunday in which the senator, responding to Warnock’s post about the open letter from clergy leaders, brushed off its message and doubled down on Warnock’s past words from the pulpit.
“No one attacked the Black church,” Loeffler tweeted to Warnock. “We simply exposed your record in your own words. Instead of playing the victim, start answering simple questions about what you’ve said and who you’ve associated yourself with. If you can’t — you shouldn’t be running for U.S. Senate.”

Record cash pours into Georgia Senate races, with a large chunk from California David Lauter | LA Times Fri, December 25, 2020, 12:02 PM MST
With early voting well underway and both sides expecting extremely close races, record amounts of money continue to pour into Georgia's twin Senate runoff campaigns, including a large chunk of cash from donors in California, new Federal Election Commission filings show.
The two Democratic candidates, Jon Ossoff and the Rev. Raphael Warnock, shattered all-time fundraising records over the last two months. Their Republican opponents, Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, respectively, hold a financial edge, however, thanks to outside Republican groups that can raise massive sums mostly unconstrained by federal campaign laws.
Much of that outside money comes from donors whose identities remain undisclosed.
Warnock brought in just over $103 million in the two months from mid-October to mid-December, according to his filing. Ossoff raised even more — almost $107 million. Perdue raised $68 million and Loeffler $64 million.
All four candidates have raised much of their money out of state, with California the largest source.
All four surpassed the previous fundraising record for a Senate candidate — $57.9 million that Jaime Harrison, a Democrat, raised in the third quarter this year in his campaign to unseat Republican incumbent Sen. Lindsey Graham in South Carolina. Of course, Harrison lost, a reminder that more money provides no guarantee of victory.
That has not caused donors to waiver, and the cash has led to a flood of television advertising saturating Georgia's airwaves.
This week, alone, more than $87 million has been spent or booked in television, radio and digital ads in the state, according to AdImpact, a firm that tracks ad spending. That's more than most Senate campaigns spend in an entire year. All told, some $365 million already has been spent for advertising in the two races, with another $110 million already booked, AdImpact's figures show.
Control of the Senate rides on the outcome of the two races, and with it a large part of President-elect Joe Biden's agenda. Democrats won 48 Senate seats in November, including two independents who caucus with them. If they win the two Georgia seats, the Senate would be evenly divided, and Vice President Kamala Harris would be able to break the tie, giving Democrats control.
That prospect has driven the huge outpouring of contributions, including large sums to four political committees controlled by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.). The four groups have spent or booked more than $132 million in advertising in support of the Republican candidates. That spending has given the Republicans an advantage in the ad wars.
While outside Democratic groups are spending less than their Republican counterparts, they have still raised considerable sums. Fair Fight, founded by Stacey Abrams, the former Democratic candidate for governor in Georgia, reported raising $22 million, with most of it being spent on voter turnout operations. Two groups controlled by Senate Democratic Leader Charles Schumer of New York have spent or booked roughly $30 million in advertising.
The volume of ads may have long passed the point of diminishing returns for the candidates, but the spending, especially the money from outside groups, has provided a windfall to television stations in Georgia — and Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and South Carolina too. Stations in Gainesville and Tallahassee, Fla., Dothan, Ala., Chattanooga, Tenn., and Greenville, S.C., each of which reaches a corner of Georgia, have all seen significant advertising as the campaigns try to reach every possible voter.
Federal law requires stations to sell ad time to candidates at their lowest rate, but they can charge outside groups whatever the traffic will bear, which has meant hefty premiums, especially in the Atlanta market, which covers the majority of Georgia's voters.
All four Georgia candidates ended the two-month reporting period with plenty of cash on hand — ranging from $16 million for Perdue to $23 million for Warnock — guaranteeing a fusillade of spending in the final days before the election ends on Jan. 5.
The two Democrats each raised about half their money from small-dollar donations, less than $200 per person. The two Republicans got much more of their money from larger donors.
The sources of much of the outside spending remain unknown and will continue to be shrouded until long after the vote count. Because of the way campaign finance rules are written, most outside committees don't have to report their fundraising until the end of January, although they are required to report spending. Some of the outside groups have legal structures that allow them to keep donors secret forever.
Voter interest in the contest has continued to run high. As of Thursday night, 2,070,987 people had voted early, with large turnout on both sides. Democrats have been cheered by data showing that Black voters have made up a larger share of the vote so far than at equivalent points in the general election. A sharp drop-off in turnout among Black voters has hurt Democrats in the state's previous runoffs.
Polls in Georgia — one of the states in which pre-election surveys proved accurate in the presidential contest — have shown the Senate contests a dead heat.

Georgia Senate runoff: What are the latest polls and odds? Oliver O'Connell Tue, December 29, 2020, 12:28 PM MST
With just a week left until election day in the Georgia Senate runoff, polls are tight in the two races that will decide which party controls the upper chamber of Congress during the first years of the Biden administration.
As no candidate attained 50 per cent of the vote on 3 November, both races are being run again on 5 January.
Incumbent Republican Senator David Perdue is running for re-election against Democrat Jon Ossoff in a regularly scheduled election.
Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler, who was appointed to her seat by Governor Brian Kemp after Senator Johnny Isakson resigned, is facing off against Democrat Reverend Raphael Warnock in a special election.
At present the Senate is controlled by the Republican Party with 50 seats to the Democrats’ 48, so Democrats need to win both races.
While this would tie the parties, it is a tie that could be broken by Vice President-elect Kamala Harris who would cast a deciding vote on any legislation in her role as President of the Senate after 20 January’s inauguration.
Both races are incredibly close with FiveThirtyEight putting Mr Perdue at 48 per cent to Mr Ossoff’s 47.6 per cent, and Mr Warnock at 48.2 per cent to Ms Loeffler’s 47.7 per cent in its polling averages as of 29 December.
The RealClearPolitics polling average puts Mr Ossoff ahead on 49.3 per cent to Mr Perdue’s 48.5 per cent, and has Reverend Warnock ahead by 1.8 points on 49.8 per cent, to Ms Loeffler’s 48 per cent as of 29 December.
Such tight margins mean that turnout is going to be vital, and Georgians know it, with 2.34 million having already voted by 28 December — more than the total in any previous runoff election. There are still seven days of voting to go.
In the presidential election on 3 November, Joe Biden beat Donald Trump by 2,473,633 votes to 2,461,854, a margin of just under 12,000. It is the first time a Democrat has won Georgia since 1992.
There are worries within the Republican Party that the president’s constant unfounded talk of electoral fraud and rigged ballots may discourage some of his supporters from participating. Both GOP candidates and their surrogates are therefore working hard to get out the vote to counter this possibility.
Democrats meanwhile are hammering home the message to their supporters that the success of the incoming Biden presidency may hinge on being able to pass legislation quickly and cleanly through both chambers of Congress — making these Senate races vitally important.
While betting on elections is not allowed in the US (with a few exceptions), Draftkings Nation has translated wagers from overseas into moneyline odds — offered bets with a minus sign cost that much to win $100 and those with a plus sign pay that amount if someone wagers $100 and also refund the original stake.
Betfair currently has Perdue on -189 and Ossoff on +138; and Loeffler on -149 and Warnock on +110.
Ladbrokes has Perdue on -200 and Ossoff on +150; and Loeffler on -189 and Warnock on +138.
While these are big leads for the Republican candidates, turnout and enthusiasm still could favour the Democrats, and Georgia was one of the biggest surprises for pollsters and gamblers on election night.
