Pro-Trump Alabama police captain quits after ‘bullet in their skull’ Facebook comments.

Flomaton Police captain Scott Walden has quit his post in Atlanta after an internal investigation earlier this week proved he acted inappropriately by posting on Facebook that people who voted for Democratic candidate Joe Biden deserved “a bullet in their skull.”

Prior to quitting his position, Walden was placed on administrative leave and Chief Charles Thompson reportedly said, “the internal investigation could and may be pending termination.”

The original post was a reply to another person who said, “The idiots that voted for Biden hated Trump enough to throw the country away. Thank the lying liberals and democrats [sic] news media.”
His reply: “they need to line up ev1 of them and put a bullet in their skull for treason.”

Trump-loving police chief in Arkansas out of job after calling for ‘death to all Marxist Democrats’

Another supporter of Donald Trump is out of a job after being caught making shocking statements about their support for the president.

“A police chief in Arkansas has resigned after he threatened to assault “Marxist Democrats” in posts he made on the social media platform Parler,” KATV reported Saturday.
Holland expected Trump to win re-election and sought retribution against Democrats.

“When this is over and Trump is president for 4 more years. Do not go to sleep. Don not forget what these Marxist Democrat bastsrds have tried to do,” Holland posted, before the networks called the race for President-elect Joe Biden.

“When you see one in public get in their face do not give them any peace. Throw water on the at restaurants. Push them off sidewalks. Never let them forget they are traitors and have not right to live in this republic after what they have done.”

“Death to all Marxist Democrats. Take no prisoners leave no survivors!!” he wrote in a different post.

Adrian Tam defeats local Proud Boys leader,
becomes only gay Asian American in Hawaii House.

Adrian Tam, a 28-year-old gay Asian American son of immigrants, defeated a leader of the Hawaii chapter of the Proud Boys, a far-right extremist group, to become the only openly LGBTQ person in Hawaii’s Legislature.

Tam, a first-time candidate, took 63 percent of the vote against Nicholas Ochs.

“It feels really good to know that someone who is openly LGBT can win,” Tam told NBC Asian America. “There was a time when people like me could not win. I’m glad that I can bring that representation to the capital.”

Tam described what was a nerve-wracking election season, from trying to connect with voters amid coronavirus, to narrowly taking down longtime incumbent Tom Brower in the August Democratic primary, to facing an overwhelming amount of
hate from Proud Boy Ochs and his supporters in the general election.

“It’s almost to a harassment level,” Tam said, noting that Ochs' supporters bombarded his campaign’s social media to the point where the messages from his own voters were drowned out.

Ochs told NBC News he also faced harassing messages from Tam's supporters and that he was disappointed the two didn't get a chance to debate. He said that he is not racist.

Ochs’ campaign page was removed by Facebook in September for posts that violated the platform’s terms of service and community standards, local station KITV reported. He has been criticized in the past for offensive posts toward Black, Jewish and LGBT communities. Facebook did not respond to NBC News' request for comment.

Tam said part of his job now is to serve even those who directed hate toward him and his allies.

“I wanted our community to come together,” he said. “I wanted to let everyone know that I’m a public servant that will work with everyone. My office door will always be open to them and their families.”

Evangelical said COVID-19 might be a 'wake-up call' from God for female 'fornication' dies of covid-

On Nov. 3, long-time evangelical pastor and big-time Trump supporter Rev. Irvin Baxter Jr. died of complications from COVID-19.

Based in Plano, Texas, his ministry announced his death at the age of 75. Baxter, a televangelist who appeared on End of the Age syndicated television and radio program and founded Endtime Ministries, preached an apocalyptic-brand of Pentecostal Christianity that has been practiced in the United States since the early 1900s.

Baxter had been hospitalized for two weeks before succumbing to the virus.

A couple of months ago, on The Jim Bakker Show, while they sold “Pandemic Bundle” DVD books about the end of times.

Irving Baxter Jr. explained his thoughts on COVID-19 that he had been “thinking about …
the sin of fornication.”

According to something he read in the “encyclopedia,” only 5% of new U.S. brides were virgins, meaning that the rest were guilty of fornication.
He went on to explain that this may be a “wake-up call” from God.
“This coronavirus may be a privilege.”

The Dallas News reports that his co-host on End of the Age, Dave Robbins, gave a press release saying that “Irvin went on to his great reward. We celebrate his life, but at the same time, there is sorrow; there is grieving.”

Trump-endorsing Nevada newspaper tells the president to pack his bags in brutal editorial.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal is one of the few newspapers to have endorsed Donald Trump for president twice —
and now it’s telling him to pack his bags.

The Review-Journal, which is owned by right-wing billionaire Sheldon Adelson, published an editorial on Thursday that shot down the president’s claims that the election has been “stolen” from him.

“Rhetoric from Trump surrogates alleging widespread illegal activity has been devoid of detailed evidence supporting the charge that there was a concerted effort to ‘steal’ the election through corruption,” the paper wrote.
“An electoral system that involves the participation of 150 million Americans will have its share of issues,
but it’s an insult to reason and logic to argue that isolated irregularities constitute proof of a grand national conspiracy.”

The editorial then laid out the brutal truth for the president: He legitimately lost the election.

“Mr. Trump lost this election because he ultimately didn’t attract enough votes and failed to win a handful of swing states that broke his way in 2016,” it wrote.

The editorial concluded by telling Trump to suck it up and help President-elect Joe Biden with the transition process.

“He has nothing to lose by cooperating with President-elect Biden’s transition team,” the editors argued. “Mr. Trump expected no less from the Obama administration in 2016,
Mr. Biden deserves the same consideration today regardless of how long the president seeks to delay the inevitable.”

Judge rules Chad Wolf was illegally impersonating the acting Secretary of Homeland Security.

Federal Judge Nicholas Garaufis handed down a major ruling against the Trump administration on Saturday.

“A federal judge in New York City on Saturday said Chad Wolf has not been acting lawfully as the chief of Homeland Security and that, as such, his suspension of protections for a class of migrants brought to the United States illegally as children is invalid,” NBC News reports.

“The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in June that the Trump administration wrongly tried to shut down protections under the Obama-era legislation known as DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. On July 28, Wolf nonetheless suspended DACA pending review.”

The judge ruled “Wolf was not lawfully serving as Acting Secretary of Homeland Security under the HSA [Homeland Security Act]…”

Kanye West is "Threatening to Leave America" following Trump Loss.

The 2020 candidate wants out because Americans 'don't deserve him.'

Surprised that Kanye West didn’t get too far in the 2020 presidential election with his name on the ballot? Probably not, but it sounds as if he certainly was.
After receiving just 60,000 votes, West is warning his inner circle that he might leave America forever — because we “don’t deserve him.”

A source exclusively tells OK! that the rapper, 43, is licking his wounds and is a sore loser:
“Kanye isn’t a rational person. He honestly thought he had a chance of getting millions of votes.
The end result was humiliating.”

He’s also apparently steaming over the fact that Joe Biden took the win over incumbent Donald Trump. “Not only did Kanye lose, his political mentor, President Trump, lost too and now Kanye is threatening to leave America,” the insider adds. “Kanye was sure Trump would win.”

Furthermore West was counting on getting some practical experience under Trump’s guidance. “When Trump started his second term, Kanye was expecting a position in the cabinet before Kanye would run again in 2024.
He doesn’t understand what went wrong and he wants out because we don’t deserve him.”

Pals add that Kardashian and the family are trying to distract him as much as possible, but are nervous as to what will happen as we get closer and closer to Inauguration Day.
That will be when every celebrity West is secretly obsessed with —i.e., Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, John Legend — all turn up in D.C. to support the new President, which will no doubt cause his head to explode.

Florida Police Arrest More Than 170 People in ‘Large-Scale’ Sex Trafficking Sting

More than 170 people were charged on Nov. 17 following a two-year, large-scale human trafficking investigation by the Tallahassee Police Department and Florida state and federal officials over the sexual exploitation of a young teenage girl. TPD Chief Lawrence Revell and state and federal officials on Tuesday announced the findings of Operation Stolen Innocence, a highly secretive investigation which began in November 2018 into the commercial sex trafficking of the victim who was 13 and 14 when the offenses occurred. Some 106 people were charged this week with felony counts of human trafficking, lewd and lascivious battery on a child under 16, and production and possession of child pornography. Another 72 suspects were charged with misdemeanors, including solicitation of prostitution. According to the Justice Department, 19 defendants face federal felony charges.

FTC asks court to force Bannon to testify on Cambridge Analytica scandal.

The FTC wants to interview Bannon as part of a probe into whether he should be found personally liable for his involvement in the data breach.

The Federal Trade Commission has asked a federal court to force former Trump campaign CEO Steve Bannon to testify under oath as part of the agency’s investigation into Facebook’s Cambridge Analytica data breach.

FTC prosecutors said they want to interview Bannon as part of a probe into whether he should be found personally liable for his involvement in the breach, in which the now-defunct political data firm improperly obtained information on about 50 million Facebook users.

Before joining Donald Trump's 2016 campaign team, Bannon served as vice president and a board member of Cambridge Analytica, which also did work for the president's campaign.

The FTC filed suit last year against Cambridge Analytica and two of its senior executives:
Aleksandr Kogan, who developed the app involved in the breach, and CEO Alexander Nix, both of whom settled with the agency.
The FTC also fined Facebook $5 billion for failing to protect its users' privacy.

Court filings: In court papers filed under seal last week, the FTC said Bannon agreed to appear for an in-person interview at the commission in September, but then didn’t show up. The FTC’s filings were unsealed Friday and a federal judge scheduled a hearing for Dec. 8 on the agency’s request.

FTC lawyers said they want to question Bannon about whether the Facebook user data collected by Cambridge Analytica still exists and was shared with anyone else.

“Any further delays in discovering additional information about where the deceptively obtained Facebook profile data may be located, or with whom it may have been shared, would further harm consumers,” the FTC’s lawyers said.

In August, Bannon was separately charged with money laundering and conspiracy to commit wire fraud for allegedly using donations intended to build a private border wall on personal expenses. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The day before his scheduled interview in September, Bannon’s lawyers told the FTC he wouldn’t be coming. The FTC asked the court to require Bannon to sit for an interview under oath.

BILLIONAIRES BANK ANOTHER TRILLION DURING COVID CRISIS.

A report released Wednesday by the Washington-based Institute for Policy Studies tracked the net worth of the over 650 of the wealthiest Americans from March 18 to Nov. 24, and found that dozens joined the ranks of billionaires during this period and that 29 saw their wealth double amid the pandemic.

The net worth of this minuscule group is twice the amount of wealth of the bottom 50% of U.S. households — about 160 million people, per the report.

Amazon’s Jeff Bezos saw his net worth grow 61% since mid-March, from $113 billion to $182.4 billion.

Amazon’s workers, meanwhile, haven’t received hazard pay in months, even as they’ve continued working during the worsening pandemic.
Nearly 20,000 Amazon workers have been infected with coronavirus, according to the company.

Bezos is one of five “centi-billionaires” in the world — people with a net worth over $100 billion — alongside Louis Vuitton chairman Bernard Arnault, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

Three years ago, there were no centi-billionaires, according to the report.

The U.S. unemployment rate was nearly 7% last month — with over 11 million Americans considered unemployed — nearly twice the level of February, before the pandemic hit.

The U.S. Census Bureau’s survey of American households found that from Oct. 28-Nov. 9, over 15 million households — or 28% of renters surveyed — had either “no confidence” or only “slight confidence” of being able to make their next month’s payment.

Amazon warehouse evacuated in hazmat scare; several employees hospitalized
Cal Fire later said a HAZMAT team was unable to locate the substance
By Brie Stimson | Fox News

Several Amazon employees were hospitalized Saturday afternoon after being exposed to a potentially hazardous material at a distribution center in Southern California, according to a report.

“They were exposed to an unknown substance inside the building,” Jody Hagemann, a spokeswoman for Cal Fire and Riverside County Fire said, according to The Press-Enterprise in Riverside, east of Los Angeles.

She said the substance had not yet been isolated, the news outlet reported.

Around 150 employees at the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Eastvale, west of Riverside, were evacuated and at least six people were taken to the hospital for undisclosed mild to moderate symptoms, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department said in a statement posted to Twitter.

"Cal Fire" refers to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

After a HAZMAT crew entered the building they were unable to find the substance. Cal Fire said the building would reopen shortly for normal operations.

Incoming GOP New Hampshire House Speaker found dead in his home — just after being elected.

On Wednesday, the Associated Press reported that incoming New Hampshire Republican House Speaker Dick Hinch was found dead in his home, at the age of 71 — just after being elected to preside over the chamber.

“Hinch, of Merrimack, was starting his seventh two-year term in the state House,” said the report. “He previously served as majority leader for the 2016-17 session and as minority leader when Democrats were in control the last two years.

His death was announced by his office, which did not give any details of what it called ‘this unexpected tragedy.'”

Republicans won back control of the chamber this year, poising Hinch to take the top position.

The cause of his death has not been reported. However, according to colleagues,
he had COVID-19-like symptoms in recent days — but told lawmakers that his illness was not COVID-19.

AP source:
Cuomo among contenders for attorney general pick.

WASHINGTON (AP) —
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is one of several contenders under consideration by President-elect Joe Biden for the role of attorney general, a person with knowledge of the search process said Friday.

The other three contenders at the moment include outgoing Alabama Sen. Doug Jones, federal appeals court judge Merrick Garland and former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, said the person, who cautioned that no decision had been reached and no announcement was expected imminently.

The person was not authorized to discuss the search process by name and spoke on condition of anonymity to The Associated Press.

The AP reported earlier in the week that Jones, who lost his Senate seat last month, and Garland, who was spurned by Republicans four years ago for a spot on the Supreme Court, had emerged as the two front-runners in the search process.

It was also not immediately clear how seriously Cuomo was being considered or how any nomination of him would be greeted by either Republicans, given Cuomo’s antagonistic relationship with President Donald Trump, or by civil rights activists who have encouraged Biden to build a diverse cabinet.

A former state attorney general and Housing and Urban Development secretary in the Clinton administration, Cuomo has been governor of New York since 2011 and has been the public face of the state’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Merrick Garland or Sally Yates !!!!

Trump signs executive order making Christmas Eve a federal holiday in 2020
Chelsea Ritschel
Mon, December 14, 2020, 8:09 AM MST

Christmas Eve will be considered a federal holiday in the United States this year, according to a new executive order signed by President Trump.

Under the executive order, signed Friday, “all executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government shall be closed and their employees excused from duty on Thursday, 24 December 2020, the day before Christmas Day”.

The executive order does make an exception, however, for the heads of executive departments and agencies, who may determine that “certain offices and installations of their organisations, or parts thereof, must remain open,” as well as for employees who may be needed to work for “reasons of national security, defense, or other public need”.

With Christmas Eve off, federal workers will have a four-day weekend to celebrate the holiday.

According to reports, it was previously thought the president would give federal employees a half-day off on the Thursday, as that was what President Obama and President Clinton did when Christmas fell on a Friday.

However, this is not the first time President Trump has decided to issue an executive order giving federal employees the full day off from work, as he has previously done so in 2018 and 2019.

Officially, there are only 10 US federal holidays, but presidents can sign executive orders granting federal employees days off.

Following the recent order, which will mark the president’s last Christmas in the White House, many wondered why he did not make Election Day a federal holiday.

“It’s that easy, huh? How about making Election Day a federal holiday? Long overdue. Let’s make it happen in 2021,” one person tweeted, tagging president-elect Joe Biden.

For employees in the private sector, federal holidays may or may not mean a day off – as businesses cannot legally be required to observe a holiday.

California man 'kills fellow Covid patient with oxygen tank'
Published 1 hour ago

A 37-year-old man who allegedly used an oxygen tank to beat to death a fellow Covid patient in his California hospital bed last week has been charged with murder and hate crime.

Jesse Martinez became upset when the 82-year-old man sharing his hospital room started praying, according to Los Angeles police.

Mr Martinez then allegedly grabbed an oxygen tank and bludgeoned the elderly patient.

The victim died the following day.

The pair, who police say did not know each other, were receiving treatment for coronavirus in a two-person room in Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster in southern California.

"The suspect became upset when the victim started to pray. He then struck the victim with an oxygen tank," a statement from Los Angeles police said.

"The suspect, 37-year-old Jesse Martinez, was arrested and charged with murder, a hate crime enhancement and elder abuse," a statement read.

Did Covid spike after Thanksgiving?

California hospitals are struggling to cope after the state recorded one million new infections in just six weeks. More than two million cases have now been confirmed in California since the pandemic began.

Hospitals are facing staff shortages and the state has put out an appeal for extra 3,000 medical workers from as far afield as Australia and Taiwan.

On Monday California's health secretary Dr Mark Ghaly said entire areas may run out of room even in their makeshift additional treatment centres "by the end of the month and early in January".

California Governor Gavin Newsom has issued a stay-at-home order and many non-essential businesses are closed.

Spain to keep registry of those who refuse Covid vaccine.

In an interview with La Sexta television on Monday, Mr Illa emphasised that vaccination would not be mandatory.

"What will be done is a registry, which will be shared with our European partners... of those people who have been offered it and have simply rejected it," he said.

"It is not a document which will be made public and it will be done with the utmost respect for data protection."

He added: "People who are offered a therapy that they refuse for any reason, it will be noted in the register... that there is no error in the system, not to have given this person the possibility of being vaccinated."

According to a recent poll, the number of Spanish citizens who have said they will not take the vaccine has fallen to 28% from 47% in November.

In other comments on Monday, Mr Illa said people would be contacted by regional authorities when it was their turn to be inoculated.

"People who decide not to get vaccinated, which we think is a mistake, are within their rights," he told reporters. "We are going to try to solve doubts. Getting vaccinated saves lives, it is the way out of this pandemic."

The number of people who have died from Covid-19 in Spain rose above the 50,000 mark on Monday. The country has registered more than 1.8 million infections during the pandemic.

Spain is under a nationwide curfew, between 23:00 and 06:00, until early May. In many places, people are only allowed out in that period to go to work, buy medicine, or to care for elderly people or children.

Regional leaders can modify curfew times and can also close regional borders for travel.
