I’ve got great news: President Joe Biden is for sure going to prison!

How do I know this? Because Republican lawmakers on the House Oversight Committee have said they have an airtight case against Biden, and they’ll get down to the business of imprisoning him just as soon as they locate their key informant, who they now say is missing.

“Unfortunately, we can’t track down the informant,” GOP Rep. James Comer told Fox News on Sunday. “We’re hopeful that the informant is still there.”

We’re all very hopeful! And we certainly have no reason to doubt Republican claims of vast criminal wrongdoing by Biden. Just last week, the oversight committee released a preliminary report on its four-month-long investigation that showed, definitively, what Fox News’ Steve Doocy described as “no evidence that Joe Biden did anything illegally.”

GOTCHA, SLEEPY JOE! We all know what criminal masterminds like Biden are best at: Not leaving evidence that shows they did anything illegally. Checkmate.

While the committee members try to locate their informant, who is definitely a real human person who exists, and assemble what I’m sure will be mountains of evidence detailing Biden’s crime-doing, let’s consider past Republican promises that have worked out great.

Republicans have never over-promised and under-delivered on putting Democrats in prison
On Monday, special counsel John Durham released a report detailing his four-year investigation into the investigators who investigated former President Donald Trump and Russian interference in the 2016 election. Trump himself had promised Durham’s work would reveal “the crime of the century.”

In February of last year, Trump told Fox News: "Durham is also coming up with things far bigger than anybody thought possible. Nobody ever thought a thing like this would be even discussed, let alone an act like this committed.”

The things nobody ever thought would be discussed were apparently so much bigger than anyone thought possible that Durham’s four-year investigation yielded a whopping two acquittals and one guilty plea resulting in a former FBI lawyer getting sentenced to one-year of probation. Undoubtedly the libs will think twice before again committing the crime of the century.

Durham’s report also SLAMMED the FBI and the Justice Department, saying: “This report does not recommend any wholesale changes in the guidelines and policies that the Department and FBI now have in place to ensure proper conduct and accountability in how counterintelligence activities are carried out.” KA-BOOM!

By comparison, what did the two-year investigation led by Special Counsel Robert Mueller yield? A measly 34 people indicted, leading to seven guilty pleas and five prison sentences. And the people sentenced included total no-names like Trump’s 2016 campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, longtime Trump attorney Michael Cohen and longtime Trump confidant Roger Stone. Michael Flynn, Trump’s former national security adviser (is “national security adviser” even that big a deal???), pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, but was pardoned by Trump prior to sentencing.

Basically, a total nothing-burger.

So Biden had better be shaking in his loafers right now, because he’s about to join the likes of Hillary Clinton behind bars. (I realize the “her” in “Lock her up!” remains decidedly not locked up, but I’m sure it will happen any day now. Those chants couldn’t have all been for nothing.)

And let’s not forget the impeachment, criminal prosecution and locking up of former President Barack Obama, whose many crimes were vaguely detailed over and over by Republicans on Fox News. I’m confident the justice they claimed would surely come for Obama will be coming any minute now, unless it’s out there hiding alongside the House Oversight Committee’s Biden informant. (Has anyone checked to see if they’re in Hunter Biden’s laptop? Definitely the first place I’d look.)

Anyway, we know Republicans under Trump promised to do away with Obamacare, and that is a thing that for sure happened. Also, Trump built the border wall and Mexico paid for it – just ask him.

Indisputable evidence the 2020 election was rigged will be coming out any day now, presumably alongside the Obamacare-replacement health-care plan Trump promised to deliver “in two weeks” sometime in 2020 and many times thereafter.

Clearly, Republicans are on a winning streak, as evidenced by Trump winning the last presidential election and the GOP “Red Wave” sweeping America in the 2022 midterm elections. So President Biden has ample reason to be concerned about this VERY SERIOUS Republican investigation into nefarious things they want to believe he did.

While the committee’s expansive preliminary report shows that Biden family members made lots of money from a variety of foreign sources while Biden was vice president, it fails to make any allegation that Biden or any relative committed a crime.

In other words: Republicans have Biden right where they want him! You never specify the crimes a person is guilty of – you just allege they are guilty of those crimes and let people’s imagination do the rest.

Who needs evidence when the crimes are imagined?

Republican Sen. Ron Johnson explained as much on Fox News:  “You have to infer these things, you’re not gonna get necessarily get hard proof.”

Enjoy your final days in office, President Biden, for you will soon be presumed convicted of a multitude of criminal presumptions based on conceptualized evidence wished into existence.

Joe Biden Records for Cellphone Paid by Hunter Subpoenaed by House Committee

A GOP-led House committee investigating allegations of potentially improper foreign business transactions has issued a subpoena for the records of a cellphone used by President Joe Biden and reportedly paid for by his son, Hunter Biden.

In an interview on Tuesday, Peter Schweizer, who is known for his focus on political corruption, stated that the records in question were discovered on Hunter Biden’s laptop computer. The phone in question was reportedly utilized between 2009 and 2017, a period when the current president served as vice president.

“We obtained that phone number, and we’ve shared it with individuals and the Oversight Committee in Congress is going to subpoena those phone records. And what’s important here is that’s not a government phone, this is not Joe Biden’s private phone that he’s paying for himself. It’s actually [Hunter] Biden’s business that paid for it,” Schweizer told WABC’s Cats & Cosby show.

“I think it’s going to yield a lot of interesting information as to who Joe Biden was talking to on this phone that was being paid for by his son,” Schweizer, author of several books on political corruption including, “Secret Empires: How Our Politicians Hide Corruption and Enrich Their Friends and Households,” told the hosts.

In 2018, the author revealed that Hunter Biden took in millions of dollars in foreign income without paying taxes, which is what triggered subsequent IRS and grand jury investigations.

That said, Joe Biden appears to be setting the stage to pardon his embattled son as the Department of Justice is reportedly close to a decision over whether to charge him with a bevy of crimes related to tax and gun issues.

That’s the opinion of New York Post columnist Miranda Divine, who has authored a book on the first son’s troubles called “Laptop From Hell.”

Devine made her comments to Fox News after a rare sit-down interview where Joe Biden dismissed the possibility of his son facing charges and stated it would not impact his tenure in office.

“My son has done nothing wrong,” Biden said during the sit-down interview with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle that aired at 10 p.m. Friday. “I trust him. I have faith in him, and it impacts my presidency by making me feel proud of him,” he continued.

“That mythology of Joe Biden that’s been around for more than four decades, which is that he’s a lovely family man… moderate Democrat, lunch pail Joe, working-class Joe, the poorest man in Congress, and a wonderful family man full of empathy because of the tragedies in his own life. That’s what he’s playing on,” Devine said.

“I think the end game is that he’s setting up… framing this sympathy card so that when it comes time, perhaps in his lame duck period, that he will pardon Hunter and Americans will forgive him because they will say, well, Hunter was a drug addict and Joe just loves his family, and he’s been through enough tragedy in his life,” she continued. “Leave him alone.”

She went on to say she believes that Joe Biden’s response to Ruhle was premeditated and a set-up to frame the attempt to indict his son as a “political witch hunt.”

“It’s obviously rehearsed, and the plan for Joe Biden is to just remove himself entirely from the influence-peddling operation that he was involved in with his son Hunter and his brother Jim, pretend that it has nothing to do with him, and that Hunter is just being persecuted in a political witch hunt,” she told Fox News.

FBI Again Fails To Turn Over Subpoenaed Biden ‘Criminal Scheme’ Document At Briefing

House Republicans are threatening to file contempt charges against FBI Director Christopher Wray after the agency failed during a closed-door meeting to hand over a document lawmakers subpoenaed.

House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer detailed how lawmakers are seeking a document from the FBI that allegedly details a “criminal scheme” involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and an unnamed “foreign national.”

Comer threatened to hit Wray with contempt charges.

“They don’t respect anyone in Congress,” Comer said on Fox News. “They’ve been able to get away with this for a long time. The media continues to turn a blind eye. The Senate Republicans continue to fund the FBI. Why would you change your business model when you’re getting everything you want?”

Comer requested the document from Wray on Friday, accusing the agency of interfering with his subpoena launched on May 3 with Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley. The bureau has yet to hand over the document.

“At today’s staff briefing with FBI officials, the FBI again did not produce the unclassified record subpoenaed by Chairman Comer. The Oversight Committee will announce the next steps soon,” said Jessica Collins, a spokeswoman for the committee.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said on Sunday that he is anticipating that the FBI will turn over a file that is believed to contain evidence of bribery involving President Joe Biden after a weeks-long impasse.

In an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” the California Republican said the potential breakthrough came after he personally spoke with FBI Director Christopher Wray last week, the Daily Wire reports. The conversation pertained to the bureau’s failure to comply with a lawful congressional subpoena for the file.

“I explained to the director that we will do everything in our power, and we have jurisdiction over the FBI, that we have the right to see this document,” McCarthy said during the interview. “I believe after this call, we will get this document.”

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued a subpoena with a deadline of May 10 for the file. According to GOP investigators, whistleblower disclosures suggest the existence of a form completed by the FBI, outlining an alleged influence-peddling scheme involving Biden during his tenure as vice president and a foreign national.

On the day of the deadline, the FBI responded to the request, with an official declining to acknowledge the existence of the mentioned record. The response further cautioned against the release of “unverified or incomplete” information that could “harm investigations, prejudice prosecutions or judicial proceedings, unfairly violate privacy or reputational interests, or create misimpressions in the public.”

Even though Christopher Dunham, the acting Assistant Director for Congressional Affairs, expressed in his response a commitment to collaborate with lawmakers to address the issue, Comer appeared dissatisfied.

“It’s clear from the FBI’s response that the unclassified record the Oversight Committee subpoenaed exists, but they are refusing to provide it to the Committee,” Comer said at the time. “We’ve asked the FBI to not only provide this record, but to also inform us what it did to investigate these allegations. The FBI has failed to do both.”

Democrats have accused Republicans of simply trying to dig up any dirt they can on Biden to weaken him heading into next year’s presidential election. The White House has taken verbal potshots at them as well.

“House Republicans have shown no evidence of any policy decisions influenced by anything other than U.S. national interests,” tweeted White House spokesperson Ian Sams last week. “That’s because they can’t.”

House Republicans have been focused on the bribery issue for months. In February, Comer’s committee launched an investigation into business dealings linked to the first family to include Joe Biden himself and his son, Hunter Biden, as well as others.

The GOP-led committee sent a letter to Vuk Jeremic requesting a transcribed interview and the production of documents related to a now-defunct Chinese energy firm called CEFC, Hunter Biden, James Biden, and their associates. Jeremic has testified about his business relationships with certain CEFC officials, including Chairman Ye Jianming and Patrick Ho.

Jeremic was the Serbian foreign minister and later, president of the United Nations General Assembly from 2012 to 2013.

In the letter, the committee noted that it “is investigating President Biden’s connections to certain international and domestic business transactions and practices, including his family and associates who peddled influence to generate millions of dollars for the Biden family.

Former Obama Official Says He Has Evidence That Joe Biden ‘Is A Criminal’

The Biden family is getting hit by an unlikely source as a former official in the Obama administration has come forward to allege that then-Vice President Joe Biden was involved in a “kickback scheme” with his son Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings.

Mike McCormick, who served as a stenographer for 15 years in the White House said that the FBI has been ignoring him even though he is willing to testify under oath before the federal grand jury investigating Biden’s son.

“In February, I went to the FBI and filed one of their tips on their website. If you do that, and you’re lying to them, you go to jail. I’m not lying. I’m telling the truth, and I’m not going to jail,” he said. “Joe Biden is a criminal. He was conducting malfeasance in office to enrich his family. Jake Sullivan is a conspirator in that, and there’s more… Obama officials involved in it, I believe.”

“McCormick, who worked with Biden from 2011 to 2017, detailed a key dialogue involving the vice president, aide Jake Sullivan and the press on Air Force Two before a trip to Kyiv, Ukraine, on April 21, 2014. Sullivan, who is the current national security adviser, outlined in a White House transcript Biden’s priorities for his trip to the country, which included U.S. investment in the Ukrainian energy sector days after Hunter joined the board of Burisma Months later, and well after the trip, Congress allocated $50 million to Ukraine’s energy market,” the outlet reported.

“I’m sitting back there with a tape recorder. Jake Sullivan comes back and somebody asks about fracking. His answer is, well, we’re bringing a lot of American assistance over for fracking. Burisma was the direct beneficiary of that fracking, and that’s what I recorded, and that’s in a White House transcript,” the former stenographer said.

“In the transcript, you don’t know who Jake Sullivan is. It’s a senior administration official. I’m the witness that says Jake Sullivan is the guy who said it and he should be investigated because at the time Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma and Joe Biden is bringing American taxpayer money to enrich that company and himself and his family,” he said.

Hunter Biden joined Burisma three days before Biden’s trip to Ukraine and McCormick alleged that the timeline showed Biden sending American money overseas to “enrich” himself and his family.

The former stenographer claims that he has information that directly implicates President Biden and other officials in what he said was an influence-peddling scheme.

“If I went in there, I would tell them to have Barack Obama called in as a witness because he’s part of the conspiracy. He’s an ex-president. He has to answer who was in charge of this, putting Joe Biden into this role. Did Barack Obama know about it?” McCormick said.

Last week, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan said some FBI whistleblowers may be willing to “publicly” testify about alleged improper business dealings involving President Biden and several members of his family.

A number of GOP lawmakers revealed damning evidence allegedly implicating at least nine members of President Joe Biden’s family raked in as much as $10 million from sources in Romania and China while Biden was serving as Barack Obama’s VP.

Republican lawmakers claimed that around 20 companies linked to Biden family members were established after Joe Biden assumed the vice presidency in 2009. The companies allegedly formed a complex network of intermediaries and conduits.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer said the committee has obtained evidence revealing payments amounting to $1 million from Romania to the Biden family during Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president while he was involved in matters pertaining to Romania.

BREAKING: FBI Refuses To Comply With House Oversight Subpoena; Comer Says Committee Now Moving On Contempt Of Congress

The FBI has informed the House Oversight Committee that it will not adhere to the subpoena demanding the unclassified documents connecting former Vice President Biden to the international bribery scandal.

Consequently, the House Oversight Committee announced plans to charge Christopher Wray, the Director of the FBI, with contempt of Congress.

House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued the following statement on the FBI’s refusal to comply with a congressional subpoena for unclassified records alleging a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national:

“Today, the FBI informed the Committee that it will not provide the unclassified documents subpoenaed by the Committee. The FBI’s decision to stiff-arm Congress and hide this information from the American people is obstructionist and unacceptable,” Comer stated.

“While I have a call scheduled with FBI Director Wray tomorrow to discuss his response further, the Committee has been clear in its intent to protect Congressional oversight authorities and will now be taking steps to hold the FBI Director in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a lawful subpoena.”

“Americans deserve the truth, and the Oversight Committee will continue to demand transparency from this nation’s chief law enforcement agency.”



On a Friday, Rep. Comer (R-KY) also sent a forceful letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, insisting on answers and accountability. In the letter, he voiced the committee’s escalating irritation over the concealment of the crime involving Biden with the foreign national.

Around the same time, Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy had issued an ultimatum to Wray: produce a document supposedly linking President Joe Biden to a bribery scheme or face contempt of Congress charges. McCarthy had made this declaration publicly on Fox News.

Contempt of Congress is a federal misdemeanor. It’s a statutory offense, applying to the proceedings of the Congress. This law is enacted to enforce obedience to mandates—such as subpoenas—issued by Congress, typically during investigations that committees are undertaking.

When an individual is charged with contempt of Congress, it means they have obstructed the work of either a single congressional committee or Congress as a whole. This usually involves refusing to testify or provide documents during a committee hearing or investigation.

After a contempt citation is issued, the matter is referred to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, whose duty it is to bring the issue before the grand jury. However, this is a matter of prosecutorial discretion. As an alternative, Congress can try to detain the person in contempt itself, or it can file a civil lawsuit asking a court to enforce the subpoena. The latter process has been the method most commonly used in recent years.

The document in question was said to contain testimony from an informant alleging President Biden’s participation in a $5 million bribery scheme during his term as vice president. The informant had disclosed this information in June 2020, coinciding with the interception of a supposed bribe by Ukrainian officials, aimed at halting an investigation into Mykola Zlochevsky, founder of Burisma Energy.

Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son and a board member of Burisma, was under federal scrutiny at the time for potential crimes tied to tax evasion and false statements on firearm purchase documentation.

While the FBI had provided Rep. Comer and the House Oversight Committee with a briefing on its informant activities, it had declined to release the document that would identify the informant and their testimony concerning President Biden’s alleged involvement in the bribery scheme. The Bureau had justified this by claiming that such a release would lend undeserved legitimacy to as-yet-unsubstantiated allegations.

In his letter, Comer referenced a previous communication from the committee, dated May 3, 2023, which brought attention to “legally protected and highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures.” These disclosures pointed to the existence of an FD-1023 form detailing a purported criminal operation involving Biden and a foreign individual. The committee had issued a subpoena demanding the release of all FD-1023 forms related to this case.

However, the FBI’s reaction fell short of the committee’s expectations. Comer noted that during a face-to-face meeting held on May 15, FBI personnel had neither produced the requested FD-1023 form nor proposed a reasonable solution for the committee’s examination. Expressing his dissatisfaction, Comer stated, “FBI requested a second briefing… the substance of that meeting… was unacceptable.”

After dispatching this sharp letter, Comer appeared on Sean Hannity’s show to further clarify his position.

Moreover, despite numerous requests, the FBI had failed to arrange a call with Senator Grassley and Chairman Comer to discuss the FD-1023 form. Comer asserted, “Senator Grassley and I remain open to speaking with you about the FD-1023 form.” However, the FBI’s lack of communication and cooperation forced the committee to intensify its response.

The committee’s frustration peaked during a subsequent meeting on May 22, 2023, when the FBI’s discussion revolved around general issues concerning the Confidential Human Source (CHS) program, instead of the specific document subpoenaed. Comer labeled the FBI’s evasive tactics as unacceptable.

The committee’s goal, Comer emphasized, was not to expose the CHS but to establish a reasonable review process. The committee even proposed to make necessary redactions and further limit the subpoena’s scope. Yet, the FBI denied the existence of the FD-1023 form and showed no willingness to engage in a cooperative process.

Labeling the FBI’s refusal to yield the document as obstructionist, Comer issued a stern warning. “If the FD-1023 form is not produced by May 30, 2023, the Committee will initiate contempt of Congress proceedings.”

GOP Lawmaker Says FBI ‘Afraid’ Their Biden Informant ‘Will Be Killed If Unmasked’

Florida GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna revealed on Monday evening that the FBI is “afraid” that an informant who brought the bureau information regarding an alleged bribery scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden would be “killed if unmasked.”

“Just left meeting for House Oversight. The FBI is afraid their informant will be killed if unmasked, based on the info he has brought forward about the Biden family,” Luna wrote.

A whistleblower who has reportedly provided Republicans with evidence alleging Joe Biden was involved in corrupt ‘pay-for-play’ schemes as vice president has been frequently used by the FBI since the Obama administration and is deemed to be “highly credible.”

As first reported by Fox News, the individual has alleged that the former VP “was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national” and is an “FBI confidential human source…used by the bureau in multiple investigative matters dating back to” Barack Obama’s two terms in office.

The outlet noted further that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa were recently contacted by a whistleblower who made a claim that the FBI possessed a document known as an FD-1023 form dated June 30, 2020, that allegedly contains explicit information provided by a confidential human source.

According to the source, the document outlines allegations that during his time as vice president, Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme amounting to $5 million. The scheme purportedly involved a foreign national and aimed to secure influence over policy decisions, Fox News added.



A source familiar with the matter told Fox News Digital on Friday that the confidential human source who provided the information regarding Biden to the FBI is a “pre-existing” FBI source who has been utilized in various investigations unrelated to the information concerning Biden.

The source also told the outlet that the confidential human source has been used by the FBI for “at least several years” before the June 2020 FD-1023 form detailing the Biden allegations was even generated.

The source also told Fox that the confidential human source was “consistently reviewed by the FBI” and has always been “found to be highly credible” who also took part in several investigations undertaken during the Obama administration.

“We know the FBI has very serious allegations against then-Vice President Biden. The question is, what did they do with it? Did they investigate the leads or sweep it under the rug?” said a spokesman for Grassley in an interview with Fox News.

“This is exactly why we need transparency into the document and what the FBI did with it? That’s what Sen. Grassley has sought from the start,” the spokesman added.

“We are not out to get the FBI. We’re out to change the culture of the FBI at headquarters,” Grassley said in a recent interview, in reference to various and mounting instances of political bias in the FBI’s investigations, including the email scandal involving Hillary Clinton outlined by special counsel John Durham in his recent report.

Fox News noted further:

The information in the FD-1023 form, according to the whistleblower, reveals “a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose” and details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions.

An FD-1023 form is used by FBI agents to record unverified reporting from confidential human sources. The form is used to document information as told to an FBI agent, but recording that information does not validate or weigh it against other information known by the FBI.

“FBI Director Wray confirmed the existence of the FD-1023 form alleging then-Vice President Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national. This form, generated by the FBI from a highly credible human informant with years of experience, tracks closely with what we are seeing in our investigation into the Biden family’s influence-peddling schemes,” Comer said in an interview with Fox News Digital, making a reference to the House Oversight Committee’s wider probe into the Biden family’s foreign business dealings.

“The Committee has been clear in its intent to protect Congressional oversight authorities and is prepared to hold the FBI Director in contempt of Congress if the agency refuses to comply with a lawful subpoena,” Comer said.

Hunter Biden Emails Show Joe Biden ‘Lied’ On Business Dealings ‘Knowledge,’ Comer Charges

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer revealed on Tuesday that newly released emails between Hunter Biden and his business associates with the Obama White House appear to cast doubt on President Joe Biden’s claims that he was unaware of his son’s business dealings when he was serving as the vice president.

“Hunter Biden and his then-business partners were in frequent communication with top aides in the Obama administration while Joe Biden was vice president, according to emails that the National Archives recently released to the conservative group America First Legal. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY), who is leading a sweeping investigation into the Biden family, told the Washington Examiner that the emails further how Joe Biden has repeatedly ‘lied to the American people when he said he had no knowledge of his son’s business dealings,'” the Washington Examiner reported.

“We know Hunter Biden’s business associates visited the White House numerous times during the Obama-Biden administration, and now-unearthed emails reveal Hunter Biden and his associates sought access to the White House and official government events,” Comer said. “The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the Bidens’ complex financial transactions to determine the extent of their influence peddling schemes to determine if President Biden is compromised and our national security is threatened.”

The Examiner added in its report: “Comer’s remarks come after a handful of Republican members of Congress raised concerns over the unearthed emails to the Washington Examiner on Thursday, with Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) alleging that the “Biden family’s corruption” is ‘far worse than Watergate.’ The emails, as well as records on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop that were reviewed by the Washington Examiner, show Hunter Biden’s longtime business partner Eric Schwerin contacted top aides for Joe Biden to see if an associate could attend a 2010 State Department lunch with Chinese government officials.”

“The American people deserve answers, transparency, and accountability,” Comer also told the Washington Examiner.

Florida GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna revealed on Monday evening that the FBI is “afraid” that an informant who brought the bureau information regarding an alleged bribery scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden would be “killed if unmasked.”

A whistleblower who has reportedly provided Republicans with evidence alleging Biden was involved in corrupt ‘pay-for-play’ schemes as vice president has been frequently used by the FBI since the Obama administration and is deemed to be “highly credible.”

As first reported by Fox News, the individual has alleged that the former VP “was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national” and is an “FBI confidential human source…used by the bureau in multiple investigative matters dating back to” Barack Obama’s two terms in office.

The outlet noted further that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa were recently contacted by a whistleblower who made a claim that the FBI possessed a document known as an FD-1023 form dated June 30, 2020, that allegedly contains explicit information provided by a confidential human source.

According to the source, the document outlines allegations that during his time as vice president, Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme amounting to $5 million. The scheme purportedly involved a foreign national and aimed to secure influence over policy decisions, Fox News added.



A source familiar with the matter told Fox News Digital that the confidential human source who provided the information regarding Biden to the FBI is a “pre-existing” FBI source who has been utilized in various investigations unrelated to the information concerning Biden.

The source also told the outlet that the confidential human source has been used by the FBI for “at least several years” before the June 2020 FD-1023 form detailing the Biden allegations was even generated.

The source also told Fox that the confidential human source was “consistently reviewed by the FBI” and has always been “found to be highly credible” who also took part in several investigations undertaken during the Obama administration.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) revealed that he expects that the House Oversight Committee’s probe of FBI informants who claim that U.S. President Joe Biden engaged in an international bribery scheme will lead to presidential impeachment.



“Where is this going?” Maria Bartiromo asked. “They impeach Trump. Are you going to move to impeach Joe Biden?”

“Absolutely. Absolutely,” Biggs said. “He would need to be impeached. And then once he was impeached, or hopefully there’d be some Democrats in the Senate that would recognize how grave the situation is and encourage him to resign like Goldwater did to Nixon. But, but once he’s out of there, then he would have to be indicted because this is a gross criminal misconduct.”

“And some would even suggest treasonous, ” he added. “But I’m holding my, my tongue on that just yet. But we have got to find out how extensive this was. And then we have to take action.”

“I mean enough talk,” he said. “Talk is talk, but if we produce this evidence that we’re starting, that’s starting to pile up. By the way. There’s so much evidence that’s voluminous that’s taking everything we have with our staff to go through this. But as it piles up, if it is consistent with where the direction it seems to be headed, he should be impeached. And the Democrats cannot defend them with the lies going out that we heard earlier this week.”

“They’re gonna have to come to grips with this thing,” he added.

From the Senate floor on Monday, Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) unveiled that an executive linked to the Ukrainian gas company, Burisma, possesses 17 audio recordings that allegedly implicate both President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.

The Burisma executive, referred to as the “Foreign National,” is believed to have kept these recordings as an “insurance policy” of sorts.

“The foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them. Seventeen such recordings,” Grassley said. In a reference to FBI Form 1023, which records contacts with sources, Grassley revealed that the document indicates the Foreign National has “two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then-Vice President Joe Biden.”

These claims add a new dimension to the ongoing controversy surrounding the Biden family’s alleged connections with Burisma, a matter that has drawn considerable attention in Congress and the public sphere. Grassley voiced concerns over the perceived lack of attention from the Justice Department and the FBI, comparing it with the rigorous investigation into former President Trump by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

“Based on the facts known to the Congress and the public, it’s clear that the Justice Department, the FBI haven’t nearly had the same laser focus on the Biden family. Special Counsel Jack Smith has used a recording against former President Trump. Well, what is U.S. Attorney Weiss doing with respect to these alleged Joe and Hunter Biden recordings that are apparently relevant to the high-stakes bribery scheme?” Grassley questioned.

In his statement, Grassley further underlined the importance of full disclosure of the 1023, both for the sake of public knowledge and to hold the Justice Department and the FBI accountable.

“Getting a full and complete 1023 is critical for the American people to know and understand the true nature of the document and to hold the Justice Department and the FBI accountable,” Grassley said. He emphasized that the request for transparency was not unusual, as Congress has received and made 1023s public in the past.

The senator ended his statement with a stern rebuke of the executive branch, which he described as being “obviously drunk with political infection.”

The whistleblower alleging Biden’s involvement in the criminal bribery scheme was identified as a “highly credible” FBI confidential source a few weeks ago. The source has reportedly been involved in multiple investigations and has been used by the FBI for years dating back to the Obama administration.

The forthcoming release of the FD-1023 document could have significant implications for the Biden administration and the FBI. Senator Chuck Grassley emphasized the necessity for the FBI to investigate the matter thoroughly.

The FD-1023 form currently contains serious allegations concerning Biden’s conduct during his tenure as Vice President.
